Running is one of the most popular sports and forms of exercise, especially in Colorado. Despite the good health benefits from running, it also has a high rate of injury due to overuse of muscles and joints. It is also true that the majority of runners will experience an injury at some point in their life and this concern may require medical attention. Our mission at Brookside is to evaluate the recreational and competitive runner to improve their pain and promote more efficient running movement patterns. A physical therapist will work one-on-one with you to identify what is causing your pain and help you achieve your specific running goals. We provide a thorough running evaluation and video analysis for the management and prevention of running injuries. This includes:

  • Functional examination and evaluation
