Happy Friday everyone! Many of us are nearing the end of our work week right about now. Are any of you feeling like your muscles are sore and aching? Maybe your joints feel stiff or painful? Did you know that your posture at work or in the car on your commute may be contributing to some of these feelings? TED Talks created a wonderful video explaining how our posture could be leading to your pain or discomfort. They also do a nice job showing what “normal or good” posture looks like.
